Yes.  All Soul Fired Ceramics pottery (including the silicone lids & bands on the travel cups) is microwave and dishwasher safe.  As with all handmade products it is best to hand wash the pottery to be extra safe and to prevent fading of glaze colours over time.

All Soul Fired Ceramics products are made from stoneware clay.  Each item is vitrified by high firing to 1250 degrees celsius, giving it strength and making it impermeable to water. 

Soul Travel Cups are durable and suitable for hot and cold beverages and transportation.  Your Soul Cup has the potential to last a lifetime if well cared for.  However, as with all ceramic items, if your cup is knocked against a hard surface or dropped it may crack or break.

Standard delivery is free within the UK.  All orders are sent via Royal Mail 48-Hour delivery as standard.  

Signed for 2nd class and 1st class options are also available.

At Soul Fired Ceramics we feel very strongly about working and living as sustainably as possible.  Orders are packaged using eco-friendly, recycled and biodegradable cardboard, paper, void fill and paper tape.  Sometimes second hand materials are re-used which would otherwise be heading for landfill.  We encourage the reuse of our packaging materials.  Reduce, Reuse, Recycle.

The Soul Fired Ceramics studio is based in the Wiltshire village of Winterslow, near Salisbury.

Your order will be packaged soon after we receive it.  If you need to change your order please email us immediately at with the subject ORDER CHANGE along with your order number and details.  We will be happy to help if we can.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we will happily give you a refund within 14 days of receiving delivery of your order.  For our full returns policy click here.

All our products are thoroughly checked and we guarantee that they leave the studio in perfect condition.  All orders are extremely well packaged to prevent damage in transit.  Upon opening your parcel please be sure to check your pottery items thoroughly.  We will replace or refund in full all items which have arrived damaged during transit.  Please follow the procedure detailed below:-

  • Notify us within 24 hours of your order being delivered.
  • Retain all original packaging as proof of your order being broken in transit.
  • Take a photo of your damaged item with it’s original packaging showing the damage clearly.
  • Send us an email with the subject ‘Broken in transit’ #(invoice number) to  Attach your photo, briefly explain the problem and include your full name and contact number.
